There are 4 adult theatres which allow women in. Only two have gloryholes, and they are used just as much by gays and bis as by straights. In fact I would have to say they are more normally used by gays and bis.
And that one is also pretty flexible with gays and bis mixed in. Close outside amsterdam there is a theatre which does not have gloryholes but has more straight action than most other theaters. Of course if you move outside of Amsterdam there are more clubs as well. I only know one permisterally and it did not have gloryholes.
